Patented Rear Folding Seats With Elevating Backrests

|
Pursuit engineers designed
the aft seats on the OS 375 and OS 345 Offshore models with two purposes:
To provide a sturdy seat that is exceptionally comfortable
to sit on; and which would fold up flat to provide a padded leaning post
and allow easy access while working your fishing lines to the rear of
the boat. They accomplished this with the patented, exclusive rear folding
seats with elevating backrests.
These seats are mounted on commercial grade stainless
steel hardware, which is very sturdy and rigid when deployed. As you
pull down the stainless handle to open the seat, the thickly padded backrest
actually rises 4” from
its original position to a height that is ergonomically more comfortable
while seated. When the seat is folded up, the backrest returns to its
original position flush with the aft of the boat, providing comfort for
your legs with coaming pads. |

On The Inside . . .
When you enter the cabin of a Pursuit Offshore model, you
immediately feel as if you stepped onto a much larger yacht. From the entryway
to the head, the exceptional fit
and finish, upscale fabrics, materials and hardware are equal to those found
on yachts
and in fine homes.
Access into the cabin is gained through sliding acrylic
doors on the centerline of the cockpit/helm area. These acrylic doors provide
privacy and sun protection, and they lock from both inside and outside for
your safety. On the OS 375 and OS 345 models, a sliding screen door offers
protection from insects, while allowing air to easily flow. Due to the design
and construction of the starboard side, tilt-away helms, which create access
to the mechanical and electrical components help maximize the interior space
as well as the helm deck area, for a social, open and airy feel. Centerline
access to the cabin is also safer and more comfortable with naturally placed
stainless steel handrails, with steps that do not curve, and which are in a
natural position to descend, versus the typical center helm designs on boats
less than 40 feet, which have cabins that are uncomfortable to enter and which
force unnatural positions and steps to exit.
No other outboard boat builder
can match the interior design, features and strength of a Pursuit!

COMPARE THE CABIN:
Open, Airy Cabins

|
Step inside the open, airy
cabins of the OS 375, OS 345 and OS 315 Offshore and you feel right at
home. Designed with comfort and luxury in mind, thanks to the center
helm configuration, these spacious cabins offer amenities similar to
those found in larger yachts and fine homes.
Pursuit-constructed
cabinetry, with details such as dovetail drawers, Euro-style hidden hinges
and recessed drawer pulls provide ample storage throughout the cabin.
The interiors feature a soft satin finish and rich wood detail, as in
the handmade solid wood cabin floors which are hand-installed, and an
abundance of lighting by way of recessed, indirect and well-placed light
fixtures allow you to see what you are doing, or provide just enough
light to move about comfortably.
Real Corian® countertops (not gelcoated fiberglass)
in the galley and head provide useful and durable surfaces to cook and
work on. Designer-inspired fabrics in pleasing color palettes compliment
the interiors of each cabin, and are finished with touches that only
come from being custom made for each boat. Cabin headliners are fiberglass,
not plastic, bonded to the deck for a smooth, clean look and the fiberglass
interior liner is bonded to the infused grid system for the strongest,
most durable designer-inspired liner in the boat industry. |

The Pursuit Production Process . . .
After we’ve done extensive research, design and development in preparation
for the launch of a new Pursuit model, we challenge our final production department
to make the newest model a reality. Each and every component and piece of material
has to exhibit superior quality and performance. In fact, what goes on behind
the scenes and into the boats below decks may be some of our finest work. You
may never see it; but the reliable performance and durability it affords will
tell you it’s there!
We go to great lengths to ensure that the materials used
are consistent with our commitment to superior quality. Our gelcoat comes with
a five-year unconditional guarantee against blistering. Unconditional! We use
engineered, high tech biaxial fiberglass cloth instead of heavy, resin-rich
woven roving, as many of our competitors still use. We precisely control the
weight, thickness and strength of our laminate during the application process.
Too light, and you’ve
got reduced hull strength. Too heavy, you’ve got added weight. Our process,
using stitched fiberglass cloth, is stronger and easier to apply with less
opportunity for variances - which result in a more uniform and consistent application.
Parts like windshield frames and stringer grids are built using a vacuum-infusion
process which forces the resin to permeate the fiberglass in a precise application,
ensuring optimal strength without excess weight, and providing a finished surface,
top and bottom, for a clean look.
Quality is one of those elusive terms that is easier to
demonstrate than to define. With each Pursuit, you can feel the solid construction,
see the superior workmanship and experience the exhilarating performance as
a testament that we have done our jobs. We invite you to compare us to any
other brands out there. We are confident you will come to the conclusion that
Pursuit defines quality, in every aspect.
